Bali Villa Manager (BVM) offer a friendly payment and cancellation policy.
How will I pay ?
To confirm a booking, a deposit payment is required and must be received within 7 (seven) days since the date of booking request. Payment can be made via Bank Transfer or PayPal Account. Please be informed that all payments must be for the full amount net, any transfer and bank fees is on guest’s behalf.
♦ 50% deposit of the total amount is required with booking up to 30 days before arrival. Final payment is required not less than 14 days before arrival.
♦ Full payment is required with booking less than 30 days before arrival.
What if I cancel ?
♦ 50% refund of the total amount with cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
Something To Consider
Our Best Available Rate applied during low season in Bali. High season varies in between June to September, Chinese New Year Week, Easter Week. Peak Season varies in between December to January.
Airport Shuttle Service is complimentary with seven seater car for minimum 3 nights stay.
Some of our villas have permission to hold your special events. Please reach directly to us for additional information, terms and condition.
Please be mindful that the villa is somebody’s personal property or home. Therefore, guests are responsible for looking after the property, leaving it in good order and clean condition. Guests also undertake to pay for damages, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay. BVM reserves the right to reclaim the hired property if the hirer, members of the guest party or guest visitors cause excessive damage or mess.
